From my emergency call with Shonta, I felt like I was in good hands. Jason kept me informed about when my technician would arrive. The icing on the cake was how Xavier explained what causes septic tank issues, what corrections may be needed, and an full explanation of the repair process. It is not everyday you feel cared for so professionally. I feel secure knowing my system is operating correctly and warranties as well.
This company is amazing, they are responsive, they follow up with you, call you and they show they care. The Tech that serviced me Earis, was great and he knew exactly what the problem was and did not tried to hustle me by selling unnecessary work. He got the job done and was very professional, if I ever need a service for my septic tank I will for sure use them again.
Genesis returned my call promptly after my initial call for service. She was professional, thoughtful and very helpful. She followed up as promised and scheduled a tech to come out. Andy came to our residence within an hour after the follow up call. He explained the process and what was required to complete the process. He quickly completed the task. Area was cleaned up completely. Excellent. The cost of $450 for the installation was excessive especially since we had already installed the faucet, soap dispenser and water dispenser.
