After hours call, prompt response came first thing next morning. Technician was a Professional and explained the issue and how to fix it. Highly recommend.

Our showers and toilets started backing up and flooding the bathrooms this past weekend. I called Apollo Monday morning and they scheduled me an appointment that morning and said they'd call when they were headed toward us. The lady who took the call was very friendly and helpful, explaining the costs for any work that might need to be done. They called as promised and were here promptly. When Ben arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and came in and explained thoroughly and honestly what needed to be done, and got it done in good time. He left the yard looking immaculate. We are very pleased with Apollo and will definitely call if we need service again, and we'll refer you guys for sure! Thanks all of you!!

Right off the bat this experience started out well. I asked around, looked up peoples experiences, spoke to friends and this business was #1. I decided to give them a call. Arlette was very professional, friendly and thorough. My date and time was set. She said they would call before they came. Sure enough, they did. Ben said they were actually running a little early and if we didnt mind would it be ok for us if they came a little earlier. SURE, I said. Beat the heat. He said be there in 15 min. They were. Ben and Miguel We're very thorough. They pumped our tank and inspected it to make sure everything was running smoothly. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it. They were professional yet very pleasant. To think, you can actually have a pleasant experience while pumping poop. Lol. Side note: When they pulled up to our property, I was impressed, by their truck. It was well kept up, looked clean and well taken care of. The guys looked professional as well. It is obvious this company takes pride in every step of what they are doing. Their rates were fair. I can honestly say, I have absolutely nothing I can complain about with this company. If you are looking for a honest, dependable and well run company, look no further. Youve found it! Apollo is the best! 😁

Apollo Drain and Septic saved the day with their prompt response and excellent service. German and Junior were fantastic at explaining everything and ensuring the job was done right. They cleaned my septic system when others couldn't and even fixed my failing leach field. Professional and reliable—definitely my go-to for all septic needs! Highly recommended!
