Late night simple emergency call. Toilet stopped up and no snake. Quick call to Roto-Rooter and extremely fast response. I was impressed by how fast they got here. The technician was polite, professional and quick. Got us back to flushing in no time. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
My heater stopped working and I had no hot water over the weekend. The company I originally purchased from didn’t have an on-call plumber, so I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing based on their excellent reviews, even though I had never used their services before. When you call for weekend emergencies, you’re assisted by an outside service, but they quickly connected me with Anthony, who was attentive and professional. He reassured me that my issue would be addressed as soon as possible. The technician—whose name I believe was Michael—arrived quickly and immediately fixed the problem. He provided excellent customer service, was very professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use Roto-Rooter Plumbing again in the future.
Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and I would recommend him 10/10! The company was quick to respond and had my plumbing problem fixed from the time I reached out to the time I signed the receipt, within a few hours.
