They make it impossible to contact anybody in the store via phone. I needed to know if they had a particular charger in stock at this location but their listed phone number transfers you to a remote operator who can’t tell you their inventory and will not put you in contact with any in store employees.
Was Seliah so helpful in getting my account updated, new phone picked out and trade handled! There were a few complications with Verizon and Seliah went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved!
Amazing customer service from Aleighsha and Isaiah. They thoroughly answered all my questions and provided much appreciated guidance during the whole process of Verizon onboarding.
