Vargas Construction

I have not been one who likes to leave public reviews, and this is the first time that am doing it. Because of the several tormenting experiences that we have had with hiring contractors in Klamath Falls, Oregon where we bought a second house for our kids, I feel compelled now to leave reviews for contractors like Oscar if they well deserve it so that I can help anyone else needing good help especially those like me who own a property out of state. We did not know any good one when we purchased our house and did not expect that it would need so many major repairs. This is the second time that I am trying to leave a review for Vargas Construction because Google never posted my first review. Maybe it was too elaborate but it was a review that I wrote at that time because I was very happy with the work that he had just done for us. I felt relieved that my wife and I finally found someone we can trust to hire remotely. I will just keep it short this time. Oscar came to the rescue when our house siding was blown down by the last strong wind this year. It was not planned at all, but we ended up replacing it this year. Our house had two layers of incorrectly installed sidings. We knew that the siding was bad and had been worried about the cost of it. We found Oscar on a weekend, and he came to look at the situation. He sounded very personable and courteous, and his price was reasonable. He earned our trust. He did exactly what he said he would do. He is honest and professional and always took the time to answer our concerns. Thank God we hired him. Our 1946 house now looks brand new!
