Jim and his crew did an excellent job. Even though I kept changing things, he never got flustered. Even with several change orders, his pricing was still most competitive. I selected Hay Residential after getting three bids and opinions from other contractors. Jim was recommended to me by other contractors that I respect. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Huge shout out to Jim and his crew! They did an amazing job screening in my porch so we can now enjoy the evenings outside without getting eaten by bugs. They even did a counter for my cooking area. Love it!!!

My son is in the military and rents his house out in Klamath to military pilots in training while he is stationed overseas. He decided to do a remodel between tenants, and I managed the project for him. The job received 4 bids and Hay Residential came in as the second highest bid BUT was the most detailed and was more closely to what we estimated the job would cost. We completely remolded the master bathroom, added new floors to the entire house, fixed a broken plumbing line and replaced the drive through side gate. My bathroom had some serious damage to it and Hay Residential Services fixed it up and made it shine. New shower and flooring really updated the look!

Jim Hay and his team have been the biggest blessing in helping me fix up my 105 year old home. They were patient with my wants and must haves in keeping the original Character of the house. They were able to give me a new bathroom, all new electrical and plumbing and give me a laundry room; upstairs instead of the basement. They will also be doing my new roof. They are professional; pay attention to detail and make sure Im happy. I highly recommend them.
