I was recently referred to this company by a representative from Perfect Block for my upcoming ICF home project. Based on their recommendation and the company’s reputation, I was genuinely looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, my experience during a phone call last Wednesday with an employee named Lance was disappointing. He seemed uninterested in helping, told me the company was too busy to take on my project, and stated that they don’t build ICF homes in California due to permitting issues. Maverick from PSE Consulting has been incredible at helping me get a permit for my yurt. He was so sweet about helping me figure out the level of assistance I actually needed, even looking over the comments from my county and interpreting them for free. This is obviously a team of people who really care and want to give exemplary and accessible service. I found them to be knowledgeable, kind, budget friendly, and professional.
