No receipt of work is sent after work is done. I have not once been given an invoice. Getting them to call you back to service your unit after you've already paid for it is nearly impossible. I used the number listed and left 2 different voice mails. (It's cheaper to pay for a fall and spring service at once than at each individual service.) I verified at payment on how to schedule upcoming apts but when I called in May to set up my spring/summer service, no return call. They said it was hassle free. Great staff providing a great service. I have relied on them several times and they never disappoint. My recent experience was a furnace issue that technician Brad solved readily and quickly. Will continue to call them when needed in the future too.
