Evan did an outstanding job installing our new water heater! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked cleanly, and made sure the installation was done right the first time. No shortcuts, no mess left behind — just great workmanship. We were so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail that we've already scheduled him for additional plumbing work around the house. If you're looking for someone reliable and truly skilled, Evan is the guy you want. Highly recommend! Thank you, Evan — looking forward to the next project!
Evan and Dakotah and Cameron were at our house ALL day fixing 100 year old pipe problem. Cleaned up after jackhammering and digging. So nice and kind all day!
John Coates is the best HVAC guy around, this dude does miracles!! He is so knowledgeable, he answered all my questions without hesitation. He’s amazing at his craft, he was very honest and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I recommend Becht / Givens to all my family and friends! Thank you so much for all your hard work (:
This company seemed to be deliberately trying to make things worse so they could sell their services. I called them to fix clogged pipes, and they quoted me $14,000. I reluctantly paid because I wanted a final resolution. They dug up several parts of my property because they couldn’t pinpoint the problem area. Even after what seemed like a successful fix, the same issue reappeared just a week later. But no worries, they offered to fix everything for $30,000. Why would I pay $30,000 when the original problem wasn’t even fixed in the first place? I reached out to another company, and they resolved the issue for a third of the cost and on the fi... Why would I pay $30,000 when the original problem wasn’t even fixed in the first place? I reached out to another company, and they resolved the issue for a third of the cost and on the first try. To make matters worse, I tried to get a partial refund, but they avoided my calls like the plague. Finally, I drove to their offices, but they refused any wrong doing. All that money down the drain. I strongly advise against using this company.
The tech was great and very informative, was able to solve what was essentially a nonissue. But. When I called to make the appointment, the operator told me there was a $99 fee for the tech to come out. I specifically asked her in about 4 different ways - there’s no other fee unless he needs to actively fix something? There’s not a fee to come out AND then a diagnostic fee on top of that or anything right? I only get charged additional money if he needs to fix something? and she REPEATEDLY assured me there was only the $99 fee unless a fix was required. She lied right to my face. There is a fee to come out AND a separate fee to diagnose. Both... The tech was great and very informative, was able to solve what was essentially a nonissue. But. There is a fee to come out AND a separate fee to diagnose. Both $100. The tech was nice enough to cut the second fee in half because all he did was tell me to turn my humidifier off and replace my filter, but I still paid $153 dollars for that. It would be one thing if I hadn’t asked. But I asked. And I asked. And I asked. So, beware. They may do good work, but they are not upfront about their fees.
