Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change, thanks to Technician Joe! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what was being done. The service was quick but thorough, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Joe checked everything carefully and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. It’s not often you find someone who takes that much pride in their work. I look forward to coming back for my next oil change!

I was very disappointed tonight. I have been coming to Valvoline for years to get my oil changed. I came at 5:40 and the cones were up and doors closed and the guy inside motioned they were closed. However they were supposed to be open until 6. So I left and went down the road to Grease Monkey and pulled in there at 547 and they changed my oil and air filter and put air in my tires and I paid and pulled out of there at exactly 6pm. They also close at 6pm. Thats customer service.

I recently stopped in to get an oil change on my ford fusion, and I love going to Valvoline because of all the extra services like checking fluids, tires, lights, etc. However, when I stopped into this specific store, they did none of that. The customer service was decent, but they only checked my tire tread and changed the oil. They didn’t fill my washer fluid, fill my tires (necessary especially since we’re in the colder months now), check my engine air filter, my lights, or show me my dip stick. I even checked my oil level after the oil change and it was only filled half ways!! I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided and I would not recommend visiting this store for your next oil change.

I foolishly locked my keys and phone in my car last week in the Target parking lot. Borrowed a phone to call a locksmith but waited over an hour: no-show. Walked over to Valvoline Instant Oil Change and was helped within minutes. Thank you very much for your kindness!
