Vacuum World

This place is a diamond in the rough!! I was able to find the attachment I was looking for on site! Then the thoughtful salesperson was able to fix the other attachment I was looking for at no cost. What a find!! I hope they will be around for a long while!

The first time I came here I was picking up a vacuum my boss had repaired. I was running late, so I called to see if they would wait for me. Not only did she wait, but she was pleasant. We started discussing cleaning products and I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was. I came back last week and purchased some supplies we previously discussed and brought her my vacuum too. I was gonna just buy a new one, which I could get through her, but she said she could fix it. Picked it up and bam like new! Reasonable pricing too. I recommend.

This place is really dirty and unfortunately the Greenwich location says this Stamford shop is the only one authorized to repair. l have my small housecleaning company and I like Miele brand. I got one for myself and is great and use it only for home. Back in June something got stuck in it so I brought it to this place, the owner did it in the appropriate time and he gave me a receipt with no business name on it or phone number. He said to bring it back if there's something wrong. Well, the vacuum isn't working properly and after trying to find him for so many weeks because the store is mostly closed, I finally found him today and explain my problem and He had such a bad attitude and used so many bad words, he said when I went to pick up my vacuum it was working so if I want to repair I have tp pay again. He looked very frustrated I think because he used so many words. He even lifted the vacuum up and started to shake it (I thought he wanted to brake it) to show me there's nothing wrong with. He's lucky I'm a very respectful woman otherwise I'd have told him a few words he needs to listen

Took my vacuum for repair and was met by a lovely lady and her daughter who are now running the shop. They fixed the vacuum in a timely fashion and even waited for me to pick up the item when they were supposed to close. I ended up buying supplies while there because they have shelves of products. They even had Lysol which is so hard to find. I would definitely recommend this repair store!

Old and dusty store, littered with vacuums all over the floor, some dating back to my grandmother, barely allowing a narrow and windy path to the counter. 3 No official hours but usually opens after 4PM until about 8PM. Seemingly nice owner but good luck getting in the store as it is mostly closed.
