Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent. I bought a lot of rugs from them and am happy with the quality of the rugs and how they have been bound. I ran into problems with the installation process, but the store was able to resolve the problems right away. I’d be willing to buy from them again.
The selection here is undoubtedly the best in southern CT. We were shopping for a high quality luxary vinyl that was unique and durable.Classic carpet carries all the top brands. They were incredibly helpful in helping us make the right selection and then made sure that the installation was perfect. I can't thank Dan enough.
Ester and Jack were very helpful at every step of the way. Ester gave me beautiful options for both quality and price for my wall to wall carpeting in all my bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I was somewhat concerned about the lighter color I chose, but Jack recommended a carpet cleaner, if needed, which works like magic and Ester pointed out how the lighter color would make my beautiful wood furniture pop! How right she was! It feels like I moved to a new home. I'm thrilled and I would never buy carpeting anywhere else!
