I decided to try this shop based on the reviews I saw online, and while the staff themselves were pleasant enough, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pricing was the first red flag. I don’t mind paying a little extra if the work is excellent, but that wasn’t the case here. It was clear overcharging. I brought my car in for a simple tire sensor reset, a wiper fix, and a general checkup at 60k miles. What I didn’t mention to the shop was that the car had already had a major service just 10k miles earlier. So when they came back with a long list of issues, I was already skeptical. Still, I trusted the process — and $2,000 later, I expected my car to be in better shape than when it arrived. Instead, I left with more problems. • My right wheel now makes a noise it never made before. • The engine has a new sound as well. • And the car vibrates violently at 60–70 mph, which is something it absolutely did not do prior to this visit. Now I have to take the car back, waste more time, and hope they actually fix the issues that weren’t there before. Bottom line: This shop is extremely expensive for the quality of work you receive. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about bringing your car here.
