I have been going to this location for over 20 years, and have bought a few Miele cleaners here. It is a very well run location and I always get great service, especially from Terry. He is very customer focused, knowledgeable and helpful. A great place to stop by if you are looking for quality vacuum cleaners with great service.

Bought a $700.00 Miele vacuum as an upgrade to my previous Kenmore vacuum (which I still have). This is for residential use only. From day one I have had problems with the Wand. Returned it shortly after for a problem in which they gave me a used replacement off the floor. This handle has had a similar problem and I am told to tape it together because it only had a 60 day warranty. Buyer beware this model and handle. Poor design and Vacuum Cleaner Hospital will not replace. This will be a edit to my previous review. The owner of this store, Steve, called me today. The day after my incident, to apologize and rectify my situation. Miele may be company to be aware for my incident, but Steve stands by his store and customers to make sure they are completely satisfied.
