I have been associated with the Mac Guys for over 20 years - most likely since their beginnings in a much smaller operation. At that time the Mac Guys supported our local school beginnings in computer training and use. During those early years, we were totally cared for and generously trained/helped in all areas. After retirement, I continue to count on their expertise and superior customer service to purchase appropriate new equipment, protect my files and learn new upgrades. We have been customers of the MAC Guys for over 20 years. We have relied on the expertise of the staff through phone calls or by going into the store. They always take the time to explain and walk us through what we need to know to get the most out of our computer and also answer questions if we think we have received scam emails. They have held informative classes in the store on how to do the newest things on our computers. It's been nice to be able to purchase printers from them and they come to the house to install the printer and give a tutorial on using it. I have been a customer of the Mac guys pretty much since their very beginning back when they were in the old Wetstein building I followed them to Jackson Plaza and to their current location. They have always been exceedingly helpful and friendly. The entire staff is very welcoming and every question is treated with respect. I don’t even ever consider buying an Apple product any place else. Keep up the good work. You will always have our business. Karen Woods.

Its great to see good, well-deserved reviews like the one from SHAZAM! This person is right: every time I've called the La Crosse Mac Guys, I've gotten a nice, real lady, who readily understands and promptly manages my request. The Mac Guys came out to my place and did a multi-platform, new install, and that system has run error free, and high function for over the last two years! Great goin' The Mac Guys Team.

I've been dealing with The Mac Guys since its beginning, and have consistently experienced high-level technical and customer service. When an employee does not know or isn't sure, she/he promises to research my question, then gets back to me, almost always with a workable resolution to the problem. If their staff cannot answer my question, she/he recommends a source. Andrew has visited my office over the years for equipment and connectivity issues (new printer connectivity, software upgrades I was not aware were necessary--and on printers that I had not purchased from The Mac Guys) and solved the problem.
