I've been dealing with The Mac Guys since its beginning, and have consistently experienced high-level technical and customer service. When an employee does not know or isn't sure, she/he promises to research my question, then gets back to me, almost always with a workable resolution to the problem. If their staff cannot answer my question, she/he recommends a source. Andrew has visited my office over the years for equipment and connectivity issues (new printer connectivity, software upgrades I was not aware were necessary--and on printers that I had not purchased from The Mac Guys) and solved the problem. Could I get a slightly better price at a high-volume store some times? Yep, but I prefer to buy Apple products from The Mac Guys. The price difference is inevitably minimal, and I can count on their services promptly.
