Fixed my Audi A5’s current engine harness instead of replacing it which the Audi Dealership quoted me $5,000 and said repairing the original harness couldn’t be done. Rance and his crew saved me thousands of dollars. They have a customer for life.

Joe who owns USA Auto is a hard working, honest man who pays attention to details. We only trust USA Auto with our car. Everyone there is friendly and patient with us when my husband and I freak out about something that we did to our car. They listen and display empathy and get our car fixed in a professional timely manner.

What a breath of fresh air this experience has been. Rance and his team are as professional and helpful as it gets. Not being from the area, I’ve found it hard to find a trustworthy shop in the area. After multiple bad experiences elsewhere, a friend recommended USA automotive and I couldn’t be more compelled to recommend it myself after just 1 experience. A1 customer service!

They were honest with me. They could have taken advantage of my cars issues and had me spend thousands. Instead they did the RIGHT thing and told me it’s not worth fixing. 10/10 for having morals and using ethical practices. They will have all my business going forward.
