I will highly recommend these guys to everyone. Brought them one serious turd of an old truck with lots and lots of issues, they had no problem getting it back to driving like new. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and very skilled. Great communication and great prices on their work. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Benchmark Autoworks in downtown Raleigh. I brought in my 2020 Lexus ES 350 because the rear brakes were grinding and the brake pedal had started pulsating. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and made the whole process smooth and easy. A good mechanic is hard to find, look no further than here folks. I have a 79 Chevy pickup truck that needed a new engine. Joe and the folks are rare beauties. They are everything you expect out of a good honest mechanic.

I had check engine light on Kia Soul. I tried to fix it but didn't work. I spoke to Christine about the issue. I brought it in the next day. They found the issue and fixed it quickly. Do not clear the check engine light. It is important for them to diagnose it properly.
