Browns got me in the same afternoon when I had a leaking tire. They diagnosed it and gave me a quote. They gave me time to check with my partner before going forward with no pressure and waived the normal cost for the diagnostic. It was easy to set the appointment for installation and alignment and they texted and called to let me know it was ready. Tires are expensive but they priced out better than competitors, too. Great experience.

I am so pleased with the work done on my car at Brown’s Alignment! They are so pleasant to work with and everything was completed promptly. I like that they send a reminder about my appointment - and even a follow-up text to be sure my car was running smoothly after the work.

I took my 2002 Nissan Quest to replace the fuel pump. They also took a look at other issue dealing with Engine misfire Let me begin with the fact that it was the first time I bring my vehicle to this shop. I decided to try and believe me, they're amazing. They gave me a quote and that was the price I paid. They were in communication with me to make sure they had all the details of vehicle problems. They completed the repair on time and even checked free off charge the other issue. Bryant was of great help with recommendations. Felt very satisfied with the service I received from Brown alignment shop. Definitely I will recommend this shop to anyone needing a trustworthy quote and repair services. Thank you for the great job performed. I have another vehicle that needs repairs and definitely will take it to them.
