All around great experience!! I was the customer who changed his mind 10x on the color and theme, but I could not be happier, with the finished results! The original exterior was Cedar Plank, which was original to the home and had visible issues and also some "unkowns" prior to digging into the project. Shane and his team answered all of my questions, followed up and gave me updates and calls letting me know each step of the way what they were finding and solutions to fix the issues they were running into. I needed a window installed for a new room we are finishing in our basement. The quote was in line with competitors. They were very responsive and easy to work with. The crew did a great job installing and left the site as clean as it was when they arrived.

We've had Urban Exteriors working on a full siding and window remodel of our house for the last five weeks. Kenny and his team of guys, Scott, Michael and Jeff have been so professional and hard working. The entire experience of working with Shane and the Urban Exteriors team has made this not as stressful as I thought it might be. Recently had Urban Exteriors redo the siding on the front of our house and garage. Was the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. The crew was there every day at 7 AM. friendly, helpful and courteous, and when they left at the end of the day, it looked like they had never been there and the work they accomplished each day was also incredible. Even when the job was completed, I was being picky and had a small issue on Friday the day they left and on Monday, they were there to resolve the issue. We removed a deck from our back yard and had to replace the area that it attached to our home. Urban exteriors did a fantastic job of color matching and installing the new siding/materials and couldn't be happier with how it looks and the peace of mind we have now.
