We used Seppel for the renovation of our mudroom, kitchen, and lower bathroom. Brad and his team were incredible to work with and took our cottage from a tired space that hadn’t been updated in decades to one that will be featured in a national interiors magazine in 2024. Brad is an incredibly hard worker who is dedicated to doing things right. He completed our major project in short order, which is all the more impressive given that our cottage is an hour away from Seppel’s home base. When we ran into unexpected underlying issues (asbestos, shoddy framing, etc.), Brad donated his own materials to keep costs in line. Similarly, his partner Amber helped us locate materials that met both our aesthetic and budget. Brad worked long days and weekends to keep our project on schedule, and regularly kept us up to date on progress with photos, texts, and calls since we were not on site for the work. We could not recommend Seppel more highly and are already trying to talk Brad into tackling our exterior.

Exceptional Equestrians is a nonprofit in need of another shelter for our therapy horses. We provide Hippotherapy for children with special needs and we currently have 14 horses that help our children. Wisconsin has some harsh winters and we needed more shelter for our horses. We could only relocate our horses from their paddock for 36 hours. And we needed to build this shelter in basically 1 day. When I called Brad Seppel he assured me he could do it. This is a structure that can withstand hurricane force winds and has the strength to handle 2000 pound horses bumping into it. Brad totally exceeded our expectations. He built us a quality shelter that looks great. This shelter will be here 50 years from now. As soon as he was finished constructing the shelter and the horses were let back in their paddock, the horses passed right by their hay to check out their new shelter. The horses actually seemed happy. Brad is so skilled. I would hire him to do any construction project I had. I have seen some of his other work. Its all about quality, timeliness and value.
