Bay Custom

Bay Custom trim lights were installed on my home 1 year ago. The lights are perfect to use as year round decoration for your home. I also think they are an amazing tool for crime deterrent. Something I have noticed over this past year is that people will often take pictures and videos while I have my trim lights illuminating my home with different colors and patterns. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bay Custom employees from the installers to the Secretary who takes their calls. I highly recommend Bay Custom Trim lights to anyone looking to add value and security to their home.

A neighbor used Bay Custom to install lights and they looked so amazing we decided to get them! Stopped in the showroom and Nicole did a great job showing us around! Sean just happened to be there between appointments and offered to stop by that night to do an estimate! Showed up right on time and did the estimate! We accepted the estimate and a week later Matt and Jeremiah showed up bright and early to install the lights! They were done by noon and gave us the orientation of how to use the app to control all the different things you can do with the lights! The whole process couldn’t have been easier and we love our new lights! Great job Bay Custom Lighting!

We were so impressed with your staff. Your receptionist and schedulers who were pleasant, well organized and returned calls promptly. Salesman Shawn who was on time and presented an estimate that was clear and easy to follow. Installers, Jeremiah and Clay were profession, tidy, on time and took the time to download the app and give us instructions to use the equipment. Great experience and will highly recommend!
