Outstanding service from this family-run appliance store. I needed a refrigerator quickly and they provided personalized help selecting the perfect model for my space. They arranged same-day delivery and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The level of customer service was far beyond what you get from big box stores. Highly recommend supporting this excellent local business.
My wife and I moved to Fairlee recently and were in the market for some new appliances. We liked that they were a local option and appreciated how easy their website was to use, so we decided to go with UVA. Jaden was an excellent communicator throughout the process, and he and his team (including one of their subcontractors, Daryl Clay) were willing to be flexible as we tried to find time between both the move and our work schedules. The level of support they offer is simply awesome. Now we have some shiny new appliances, including the nicest stove we’ve ever cooked on. I highly recommend UVA - they’ve definitely got our business going forward!
What a great experience ... Today my old washing machine was taken out and this lovely new one installed by a terrific twosome: Jared and Ladio I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and their cheerfulness despite the sub zero weather! I HIGHLY recommend Upper Valley Appliance.
Our refrigerator died and we needed on urgently. We called and spoke to Courtney and were given several great options that we could look at online. As luck would have it, they had one that suited our needs perfectly and they were even able to deliver it same day. The installers did such a careful and thorough job removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were very friendly, efficient and made no mess at all. I will definitely call when we have other appliance needs in the future!
