I had an emergency when my fridge stopped working, but Universal Appliance came to the rescue! They were very fast and managed to get it fixed much sooner than I expected. The technician was friendly, reliable, and the total cost was very affordable. Great local service, would definitely recommend.
They charge a call fee for having them diagnose the problem. Then if you decide to have them fix it. They add the fee towards the repair cost.
I recently bought an apartment in Las Vegas, and the dishwasher wasn’t working. I called Universal Appliance Service, and they did a great job! The technician arrived quickly, was really friendly, and fixed everything the same day. Now the dishwasher works perfectly. Highly recommend!
I've used this company several times over the last few years. They're honest, reliable and reasonable and usually get the work done the same day. The service man who recently tried to repair my refrigerator said that it would be very expensive and I would probably be better off buying a new refrigerator. I felt that was very honest . I highly recommend them.
My tech, Dimitri, arrived on time and got to work diagnosing and fixing the issue right away. He seemed trustworthy and was able to fix my washing machine within an hour. While we waited to see if the washer was working properly, he taught me how to clean my refrigerator coils, which I appreciated very much.
