I contacted ASU Tech Appliance Repair to see if an older refrigerator could be repaired at a investment property. Upon the technician's assessment, suggested with the amount of repairs needed a replacement would be more economical. While at the property, the tech contacted me as the landlord to discuss the repair needs and overall cost while in ear shot of the tenant. I respectfully asked if any business matters could be discussed privately next time. The technical said ok and voiced concerns about providing immediate payment. I responded by asking for a few minutes as less than 5 minutes had passed upon receiving the invoice. I explained I was driving and could not pull over immediately to process the payment. I was only charged a service fee. The pressing payment request would be my only negative feedback comment. Outside of that, the response time was prompt and communication was adequate.
