DO NOT use this shop! If I could give him zero stars, I definitely would, as that is what is deserved. Our mechanic that we normally use referred us to Tom. It all went downhill from there. My 2018 Toyota Highlander was in his possession from the beginning of March for five weeks!! He could not figure out why there were still problems after replacing the transmission. After we got the car back, it was good for a little over a month, and then the check engine light came back on. He had to take it back and honor his own warranty. He then had my car for another three weeks!! Same issue. Couldn’t figure it out. When taking our calls, he was mad at our frustrations and would tell us that he is “competent” at what he does. I beg to differ. After now having my car back for a little over a month, the check engine light has not come back on, however I am not holding my breath. Do your research before you go there.

Avoid this shop. They caused more problems than they resolved. My vehicle wasn’t properly inspected or diagnosed, and I was charged for incomplete labor. The staff’s lack of knowledge reflects poorly on the entire team. They couldn’t even reassemble my brakes correctly, and while replacing the hub, they bent the backplate, causing it to grind. Just five days later, my vehicle is back in the shop with a leaking PTU—an issue they never mentioned during my initial diagnosis request. If they can’t diagnose properly, they can’t fix the problems.

Tom and his team were wonderful! I dropped off my van on Tuesday and it was done by the following Tuesday! Driving it home was like night and day! My trans was finally fixed and didn't cost me an arm and leg! The dealer wanted to charge me 11k for new trans and 8k for a rebuild! Tom and his team were affordable and totally worth it!! Tom was upfront about everything from the get go. Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if needed. Fingers crossed I never have to.
