Was available from 2-7p to receive the employee to do my air conditioner maintenance, but no one ever showed. The next morning I got a text asking me to reschedule my maintenance. I know of 2 other people who used this company and told me the service department is not at all reliable. Was able to reschedule. We will see if communication regarding coming vs not coming is any clearer.

Seriously amazing. Super professional and efficient. The tech listened to what I said and then took the job by the horns. It was amazing. After, he explained what happened and what he fixed. AC is working beautifully. He even gave me some tips to make sure I run my AC efficiently. Thanks again!

Justin's Technician at United Air Temp, John, is an expert in the HVAC/Furnace realm. He was able to clearly diagnose the issue. He kindly reviewed the system with me and walked me through the corrective action he took to get the furnace up and running again. Wow!!! Highly impressed. I was given this company through AHS but SO very pleased!!! My technician, Rodney was great!!! He called me 30 mins out and was actually at my residence within the time he quoted. Once inside my home he was very professional, explained everything to me and once he put heat back in my home he gave it 10 mins to confirm it would not shut off AND stood above vents to confirm heat was flowing through!!! I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues!!!
