Your tech came out last week to aerate my lawn and only did the front yard. I called the next morning (June 12, 8:25 AM) and spoke with Megan. She apologized and said that they would come back out the following week and take care of the back. I also explained to her that my yard was full of weeds and she said she would have them take at look and apply more product. I’ve used this service for more than two years and have never had a weed free lawn like the majority of my neighbors. I would give zero stars if I could. We had a big, beautiful front yard and hired Arbor-Nomics to keep our grass green and healthy. What a terrible mistake. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Just look at the before-and-after pictures - it’s a complete nightmare. No resolution so far. I’ll post an update if that changes.
