Intell has been treating our lawn for about a year, and the service has been consistently excellent. He is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially appreciate the advance notifications the day before each visit, which makes planning easy. Highly recommended.
I would give zero stars if I could. We had a big, beautiful front yard and hired Arbor-Nomics to keep our grass green and healthy. What a terrible mistake. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. Just look at the before-and-after pictures - it’s a complete nightmare. No resolution so far. I’ll post an update if that changes.

Our lawn, along with more than 300 trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses, has never looked healthier or more vibrant. You can tell he truly loves what he does. If you want a company that cares, delivers real results, and treats your property like their own, Arbor-Nomics is the one to call. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Your tech came out last week to aerate my lawn and only did the front yard. I called the next morning (June 12, 8:25 AM) and spoke with Megan. She apologized and said that they would come back out the following week and take care of the back. I also explained to her that my yard was full of weeds and she said she would have them take at look and apply more product. I’ve used this service for more than two years and have never had a weed free lawn like the majority of my neighbors. Your techs never suggest any additional services to address the obvious bald spots and weeds that appear in my lawn. I will be canceling my service with you once the aeration job that has already been paid for is taken care of. These guys are no better than the national brand name service providers. There have been several times that they forgot to treat my backyard. The customer service operators and kind and pleasant but there’s no follow up whenever there’s been an issue. Please see attached photos of the weeds, and bald spots that have been present since you began treating our lawn several years ago.
