Underground Phone Repair

Really nice guy but I came in for my iPhone 14 Plus back in may 2024 for cracked screen front and back. He did let me know it was his first iPhone 14 Plus. Once he fixed my cracked phone, other problems started happening with my phone. My phone would randomly shut off on me, he gave me a new screen. My back camera doesn’t work, gave me a new camera. My back camera still doesn’t work. My audio doesn’t work, my front camera barely works, my flashlight doesn’t work. It sucks because he is a very nice person and he’s been willing to help but the amount of times I’ve been back the same problems that are not being fixed is nuts. After months of this I can’t take it anymore, I have to buy a new phone.. (Pic shown is my front camera)

I found Dion through a Google search and based on the excellent reviews contacted him to service the charging port on my iPhone. He was very responsive and ordered the part which arrived as promised the following day. Dion repaired the phone before my eyes removing well over a dozen screws, almost too small to see. 20 minutes later I had my phone back and charging like new. Dion is very fair with pricing and his work is done professionally. I can recommend him highly and will use him again when I need a new battery or some other phone repair. Thanks Dion!
