Alison (Al) at Loritech was very helpful when i brought in my "old" computer for evaluation. It was a computer that i got when retiring and it was at that time -- a pretty robust computer-- but that was now 3 years ago! i was looking for guidance on whether i should scrap it and buy a new unit or make a couple of upgrades ... My computer was juggling several identities at work, school, and home. My OneDrive was malfunctioning making it impossible to save anything. I was down for a weekend. I called Loritech and they sent Jack. He is a wizard at Microsoft and Apple and a very personable young man. Jack fixed all concerns, we had a great conversation, and they charged a very fair price. You can trust LoriTech!

We utilized computer services twice from this establishment, with positive results. I hired them again recently, to swap out my broken mounted TV with a new one I had purchased. The first thing I was told upon the arrival of the Loritech technician, was that he did not perform TV mounting. When I booked the job, I had told Lori that the TV mount was already on the wall and The TVs just needed to be swapped out by adjusting the brackets. I additionally informed her that my husband was here to help lift the TV as needed. I have used Loritech Computer Repair twice with great results. The first time they sent one of their computer technicians to my home to tune up my high-end desktop PC. They refreshed my key bios settings including my motherboard and my 4090 GPU. No fuss, no muss. No complaints. The second time, I took my PC to their shop to install a higher-capacity SSD drive. Al, the manager. made an image of the old drive, installed the new drive, and migrated all the files back. Without question, this is the best computer shop and computer personnel with whom I have ever dealt. I walked in without an appointment and I was treated like an old friend. Very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.
