How long does tent fumigation take? +
Ultimate Termite Control Tent fumigation typically takes 2 to 3 days from setup to clearance. Day 1 involves sealing and tenting the structure and introducing Vikane gas. Day 2 allows the gas to work. Day 3 includes tent removal, aeration, and a certified inspector performing a clearance test before re-entry. Occupants, pets, and plants must vacate for the full duration.
Does homeowners insurance cover termite treatment? +
Ultimate Termite Control is considered preventable maintenance and is excluded from virtually all standard California homeowner policies. All treatment and repair costs are out of pocket.
How long does termite treatment last? +
Ultimate Termite Control Fumigation has no residual effect and annual inspections are recommended. Termidor liquid barrier treatment lasts 10 or more years. Orange oil treatment has no residual and requires follow-up inspections at 30, 90, and 365 days.

We had tried several other terminate removal places over the years, but Ultimate Termite Control did things most don’t to the level of extent we witnessed and are benefiting from still over a year later. The local treatment they performed was very noninvasive to our daily life, no fumigation or temporary solutions. We were walked through every step of what needed to be done from a team that was professional and very knowledgeable. Often it had been recommended in the past by other companies for using a hotel during fumigation, that cost on top of everything else, had always been what we have had to deal with, but with these guys and their eff... They are a very nice team and explain the prevention going forward. Also very affordable for this type of service offered. Go to them, DO NOT even bother looking at other pest removal places. They are very dedicated to the costumers needs. I had questions and they were answered perfectly, along with prevention tips. Excellent service and repair work. Very satisfied. I had a termite issue that started along both sides of a kitchen window sill area that I thought would have been a disaster, but Ultimate Termite Control guys came out and completely treated and repaired everything perfectly!! Amazing job and really fast getting it done. Will keep them on my home repair service list to call in the future if needed.
