I am very pleased with the results that I have received from using EcoGuard Pest Management services for a roach infestation problem that had been a big problem in my apartment. I appreciate that they use more people friendly chemicals to deal with the issue, and I would recommend their services to other people needing a good exterminator with good results.
EcoGuard - both Stanton (was traveling from Lancaster) and now Rubin (local) have been great techs for EcoGuard. Since we started a few months ago, we’ve had a decrease or near elimination of most bug pests including pockets of ant infestations and spiders around the perimeter of our home. I know our little one and fur baby are safe and have peace of mind from the ridding of pests, as well as the pet and kid-friendly pesticides used. We’ll continue to monitor this year. So far so good! Glad I found these guys! Looking forward to 2026 with Rubin as our local guy! Thank you!!!
Aidan is the BEST. I would like him to perform all of my services. He knows exactly where to look & I feel very confident with him checking my home. This is not to say that the other technicians were not good. I liked them all…..Alex, Anthony & Josue. They were all kind, caring & compassionate to an old lady. Thanks to all of them.
We recently contacted EcoGuard because we believed we had a carpet beetle issue, and our technician Aidan immediately impressed us with his professionalism. He asked detailed questions, had me show him exactly where I thought I’d seen beetles or larvae, and took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of carpet beetles and why, based on the evidence, we likely didn’t have an infestation. He also checked in about any other pest concerns to ensure we were fully supported. What stood out most was Aidan’s honesty and integrity. He was transparent about the services EcoGuard could provide, yet never tried to sell us something we didn’t need. His knowledge, kindness, and ethical approach made us feel confident and informed. Because of this experience, we will absolutely use EcoGuard in the future. The company is truly fortunate to have someone like Aidan on their team!
