May update after receiving my βserviceβ. But I dropped my Xbox 1 off here on 1/6/26. The guy I encountered was pretty nice, informative, and welcoming. Had me sign paperwork for basic diagnostic. & pay $80 bucks non refundable, which is fine. Long story short they werenβt able to get my Xbox working. But Iβd like to comment on the service as it pertains to the follow up. They told me initially it would take 3-5 business days. After about 4 days, I call them for a follow up. After that call they say βweβll call either Saturday or Monday with an updateβ. Surprise, no call. I call again for an update but they continue to give me the run around. Finally they call back on their own accord & said the Xbox is basically irreparable barring spending unnecessary money. Which at that point I could buy a new system. So the communication past dropping your system or device off is a 2 star! It is 1/22/25 today. I still donβt have it back! Iβm sure Iβll get a call back after this review!
