Tuff Techies are a great company. I am so excited and happy. They cleaned my printer and now it is working again. It is a Brother 11x17 in printer all-in-one. It is a workhorse. I love this printer and it would have been expensive to replace. I have used them several times and have been very satisfied with their work and intregrity.
I have always heard good things about Tuff Techies from many friends, and they we right! I took an old laptop in to see if it was savable and after trying dufferent things, Jeremy gave me the bad news. Interesting that the fee for working on it was minimal, but the good news was they had a new out of the box HP laptop. It was very affordable, so I bought it. Jeremy was able to transfer everything from my old laptop, which was critical! He is extremely good with computers, for which I was most grateful! I would highly recommend Tuff Techies!! I would have them fix any technical equipment I have, I trust them!
Jeremy was great! He is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He came and had our smart tv hooked up to our firestick very quickly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks, Jeremy!
