We were having some problems with my wife's pc and several external hard drives. The guys there, both Vince and Don put us at ease with them fixing our problems. The pc was basically toast and was one its last leg of processing data and they were able to extract her data and get it back on her pc with a new hard drive and a new battery. The pc now functions faster and better than new! The external hard drives were more of a problem but they put in a lot of effort to get the data but they couldn't be saved. Our overall experience was excellent and they were more than fair in the pricing! They spent time in explaining the process and gained loyal customers for life.
