Greg is one of the most awesome computer technicians I have ever had the pleasure in knowing. My first experience was when I had more computer problems than I could possibly figure out and called him in desperation needing help. He arrived the next day at my home office and for the next 3-hours patiently and methodically worked out every snafu and problem. Best yet, he explained what had happened and how he was fixing it, teaching me in the process. Never once did I feel he was talking down to me with my lack of knowledge. Instead he improved my computer skills and understanding, interacting with me not only as a technician but as teache... Greg is one of the most awesome computer technicians I have ever had the pleasure in knowing. Very competent and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable for the service and security they provide. Indeed, the young man, Zion, did a little extra... thanks for the hook up... and explained the work in a normal, easy manner. You guys rock it.
I have known Greg several years now, when I am in need of technical help with my computers I always rely on him to get me going again. He always has my problems solved within a short time and his rates are very reasonable and fair. I could think of no one that I trust more with my computers than Greg. Greg helped us out with our new Canon copier getting all the software going and getting the machine to work for us. He also worked out some networking details on our peer-to-peer system. He is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone needing technical support. He is both personable and capable. A winning combination!
