Raul S. was great. He came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Would recommend Raul to everyone. Trust Rooter was so easy to work with. I set up an appointment after hours and it was so easy. I Would recommend.
Trust Rooter and the guy they sent out (Marvin), were great. Easy to get in contact with and showed up within the scheduled window. Marvin was very pleasant and courteous. He explained what my options were and how they differed and gave me quotes for both. He did the job which involved going up on the roof and he was efficient and effective and left the property as he found it. I’m very pleased.
Terrific company needed them on a Sunday during the super bowl. Came out at 1:00 in the afternoon done by 2:00. Really fair price. Great service. Our tech was Tim and he was fantastic. Personable hard-working. Definitely recommend five stars.
