Cape Plumbing is a company you can trust. They replaced the old cast iron pipes under our home. It was a 2 week process. Everyday, they showed up, did the work, explained what was going on, and left our property clean. It was a tremendous amount of hard work, and the crew worked together to produce an excellent result. I can’t say enough good things about owner Mark and Cape Plumbing. While most companies quoted me $486 just for a camera inspection, Mark came out and did it at no charge—a rare find these days. Even more impressive, I ultimately decided not to move forward with a pipe replacement, and yet Mark still went above and beyond. He noticed during the inspection that my cleanout lid was broken, and without hesitation, he had one of his team members return to replace it—again, at no cost. That kind of integrity and generosity is the true mark of a professional who genuinely cares about people, not just profit. Mark’s honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help even when there’s no sale involved speaks volumes. Cape Plumbing just finished replacement of old cast iron pipes. They did a great job on our first house and we trusted them enough to hire them again on our second purchase. Elmer was awesome. His crew worked hard and delivered everything on time and within budget, including discovering and fixing additional problems once they were under the house.
