John the Plumber

Jason and his technician were wonderful. They came out and explained what I needed and the different levels of work that could be done including the replacement of the entire toilet if needed. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. The guys were clean, presentable, professional, and very knowledgeable. The cost for the repair was half the price of what some of the other plumbers in the area charge. The work they did is high quality, and I highly recommend John the Plumber.

Mike installed a new water heater a couple of weeks ago and did a great job, I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall service. However, last Friday I decided I wanted the water hotter. A lady called me to insure I was happy with the install, I mentioned the hotter water, she was so nice and accommodating. She said Mike would be out today and make the adjustment. He called this morning was here fifteen minutes later. I must admit I have not seen this level of polite customer service in a long time. John the Plumber company have earned my respect and future business. It’s like the good old days. If you need a Plumber save yourself headaches and call them. Customer Service, Quality Product, Good Price, Professional Techs 🤷‍♂️👍
