Andres did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. He was extremely professional, punctual, and clearly very dedicated to his work. He put in a tremendous amount of effort, paid close attention to every detail, and ensured everything was done correctly from start to finish. What truly stood out was how clean and organized he left the area once the job was completed, spotless. His workmanship and results were excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Trust Plumbing is a lovely company to deal with. Yoandri is such a gentleman. He is easy to talk to, patient and understanding. I live in a large high rise condo in Aventura FL. Our building is very particular about noise or damage. I had to swap out 2 defective faucets, and 1 defective toilet. I purchased the faucets myself at Home Depot. Yoandri was helpful with that as well, I sent him photos during my time at Home Depot to make sure I bought the correct size. He was super patient. Yoandri then ordered me a beautiful Kohler Black Santa Rosa toilet. Also quite reasonably priced. Andre [the Tech] came exactly at 9am Monday Dec 9/2024 to begin the removal, and install. He was very quiet, clean, and a pleasure to deal with. Andre made sure everything was clean, and all garbage was thrown out. Payment was super easy, Andre showed me the invoice on their iPad, and brought a device to swipe my Visa card . I am very happy with my choice of Trust Plumbing, and highly recommend them.
