If I could leave zero stars I would. We got completely scammed by this “company”. As other reviews stated, you are basically talking to a call center & we were told numerous times that a “manager” would call us back and this mysterious manager never did. We had leaking water in our tracks and were ensured that a tech would come out to assess the issue and give us a quote for free. The tech came out the next morning and also ensured us that he could fix the problem of the water leaking in our tracks into the house, gave us a very vague quote and just started working without consent or explanation of services and replaced all our rollers and tracks and didn’t even clean our tracks, left screen doors off the tracks, was done in less than an hour and charged us over $5k because we have 8 doors. Didn’t even give us an invoice or itemized receipt until we called multiple times again and when he sent it, it had a different company name on invoice. And he continued to assure us that we had a 5 year warranty and that the water leaking issue would be fixed. A week later with a mild rain the exact same amount of water leaked into the tracks into our house on every single door.. we called the company and they sent out the and tech who clearly had no idea what he was doing and did nothing but take another screen door off the hinges and move some dirt around in the tracks saying the problem should be fixed now and maybe he could caulk it which would cost us more.. we’ve called to complain to the company many many times since and the always say the manager will call us right back and that never happened. Even the tech couldn’t get a hold of whoever that is while he was at our house. We are very upset to be taken advantage of and deceived like this as new home owners and did not care if our rollers were fixed, only wanted to fix the water leaking issue which we still have. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY”!!!
