I placed an order with your company totaling over $20,000 after being told by the salesman, Sam, that the part I urgently needed would arrive no later than Monday, September 30th. Despite that commitment, I received no receipt or order confirmation for three days—not until I called myself to follow up. To make matters worse, even though two of the items were in stock, no one took the initiative to ship them. Instead, the entire order was placed on hold, apparently to save on shipping costs, without any communication or consideration for the urgency I had expressed. Only after multiple calls did the team begin shipping what was available. As of October 6th, the main item I was promised has still not arrived, well past the delivery date Sam confirmed. I’ve tried reaching out several times—calling both the Enterprise Sales department and Sam’s extension, as well as his manager Brad—but no one answers or returns calls. This level of service is unacceptable for a purchase of this size. I trusted your company based on professional representation, but this experience has caused significant delays to my business operations at Sky Shot LLC. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and improves communication, accountability, and customer support within the Enterprise Sales team.
