I had a really positive experience with GARAGE & GATE REPAIR FLORIDA LLC. It was in the middle of hurricane season when I heard a loud snap and the door just dropped. As a single mom, I really appreciated that they were upfront about costs with no surprises. He explained my options honestly without pushing the most expensive one 💯. The whole visit was quick and professional. Definitely my go-to garage door company from now on.
This was honestly one of the best home service experiences I've had. It was at sunrise when both springs snapped at the same time. I'd been putting this off for months and was dreading how much it would cost. I wasn't sure who to call, but I found GARAGE & GATE REPAIR FLORIDA LLC and decided to give them a try. When Tom arrived, he introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. He not only fixed the main problem but noticed a couple of smaller issues and took care of those too. He cleaned up the work area completely and you would never know anyone had been there. My garage door has never worked this well.
So its pouring rain and my garage door decides to break halfway open. Called them and they sent out Brent. Was able to come out that afternoon. He temporarily fixed it so we could close the door and scheduled the full repair for the next day really nice guy too very easy to talk to. Price was very fair too. If your looking for a honest garage door company these are your guys
First time homeowner and didnt know who to call for garage door stuff. Called them and they sent out Brandon. Got here in less than an hour. He replaced the worn out rollers with nylon ones so much quieter now super friendly and professional at the same time. Fair pricing especially for the quality of work. They earned every one of those 5 stars
