I paid for them to go into a house to do testing. I did not live at this house but had it court ordered that the whole house should be tested. When they went out, the tenants refused then access to a location that needed to be tested. They did not call to let me know or anything and proceeded with the tests. Had they, I would have told them not to complete the service as I will now have to have someone go back out and will now have to pay another control sample. The only reason I realized they didn’t get all locations is because I saw an error on the invoice. They never mentioned it or brought it up to me at all. As the paying customer I should have been notified immediately of any issues and wasn’t. The lady I’ve talked to the whole time has a nasty attitude every time I talk to her and has very poor customer service.
