Pella Windows & Doors of Scranton

Needed to replace a Marvin window that I had installed when Marvin was in Scranton, the window was a casement style and the hardware rusted out and would not crank open. I called Pella and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Brent showed up on time, measured everything, brought samples to my home and gave me a quote after entering everything into his computer. I put half down and he scheduled a tentative install date with early pick up so I could stain and polyurethane everything before install, all molding to match my existing was included. Shane from Pella Scranton called me to coordinate everything and was very helpful during the entire process. The morning of the install, Mal showed up on time, removed my old window, installed new window with new molding and was very neat. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Pella Scranton, their prices were even better than independent distributors I called, and more professional. Thank you, Pella

Joe was phenomenal!! He helped fix a screen/window in my new home. Joe did quality work here at my home yet he was safe while he worked and really cared about my happiness as well as getting the job done & doing so correctly. I couldn’t have been happier. He went the extra mile to help show me how to use certain features of my screen/window, honestly way above & beyond. You can tell he truly loves what he does! No pressure on the sales, thorough explanation of what to expect, and patience with our decision making process, Ian did a great job on that side of things. Thumbs up! The install went smoothly. Geoff and his partner were able to overcome a small issue with my structure and installed a beautiful new door, side lights and storm door. We are very happy with the overall result. Pricey of course, which is a concern for anyone, but I have to admit we ended up with a very well installed door, exactly how we wanted with little to no hassle. Thats worth something on its own.
