I recently visited while on a trip to visit friends. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Their grandson was there that day and was happily “helping” all the customers. Had planned on browsing but left with a beautiful John Hardy bracelet I wear almost every day. Will definitely return on my next visit to Scranton Wilkes Barre area!
After coming in for a watch cleaning, Alex took great care in finding me a gift for my girlfriend. Couldn’t ask for better service and took his time to show me their great selection. Thank you again, Alex!
I needed a stone placed in a new band as the original band could not be resized. I found Boccardo Jewelers via a google search and went in with no expectations I would find what I wanted. Turns out they have a huge selection of settings. They were thoughtful to what I was asking and helpful in finding the right setting. They weren't pushy and gave me time to look while being honest about which settings would and wouldn't work for my stone. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I left exceedingly happy. I picked up my ring only after a few days and am in awe of the stone and new setting. Can't wait to go back.
