I called TRU Plumbing for a clogged drain in my kitchen and received same day service. Mike was punctual, professional and extremely clean. He unclogged the sink within an hour’s time. I would definitely recommend TRU Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a professional job, at reasonable price.
Our sump pump began to smoke and overheat. Called Tru Plumbing at 9pm and by 8:30am the next day they were already over and replacing the pump! It was a truly a seamless process. Highly recommended!
Would highly recommend Mike & his team! We moved into our house recently and noticed a small leak under our kitchen sink. Mike came out the day after I called and walked us through how to get replacement parts under the warranty and how to replace it ourselves (an easy fix), which we appreciated. We had some other work to do and his team was able to come back same day and fix. They were knowledgeable, communicative and personable. Will use Tru for our future plumbing needs!
Mike and his guys do an excellent work. Always straight to the point and excellent pricing. Do keep in mind they could get busy during low temperatures due to emergency calls but they will come through. They changed one my exterior faucet and just now the whole house filter housing. Will continue using their service for future repairs and installations.
