Triumph Homes – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had a leaky boiler and initially got a diagnosis from another company saying it was cracked. While waiting for their quote, I reached out to Triumph Homes for a second opinion. Within just 2 hours, their rep Bill was at my rental property. He was incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explained my options, and provided three clear quotes for removing the old boiler and installing a new one. We decided to move forward, and they had a team ready to start the very next morning. The technicians showed up promptly the next morning, worked efficiently, and had the new boiler installed and running perfectly by midday. Bill, the customer service team, and the installers were all professional, courteous, and thorough. The entire process—from quote to completion—was fast, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend Triumph Homes and will definitely use them again for any future needs. Excellent company!

I highly recommend using Triumph Services. I had split unit A/C’s installed in my house; from start to finish everything was perfect. Dan in the sales department was very detailed on the placement of the wall units and explained everything to us in detail. Andrew and Imman, the installers, were very professional and did an excellent job. They even worked long days in 10 degree weather with rain and snow. The office staff are also very pleasant to work with. I will be using Triumph for my maintenance when my contract is up with another company I use.I highly recommend them!

Chris came promptly the day we called. The tracking app is cool and helpful btw. He was incredibly diligent in diagnosing the issue and maintained phone contact with me. He correctly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He went out of his way to be sure there were no other issues. Throughout he was professional and thorough. He is an intelligent and engaging young man. He is the face of your business and makes it clear why Triumph HS is rated so highly Brittany is also awesome thanks to her we had the appointment so quickly.

Triumph replumbed my entire 4 unit apartment building. It was an absolute nightmare before and now it looks amazing. There were almost no shutoffs before and now every single appliance has its own shutoff and each apartment has its own shutoff. They had 3 Plumbers come out and it only took them 2 days. Everyone was nice and they worked extremely hard for those 2 days worth every penny. They will be my new go to plumbers from now on.
