Convenient carry in locations in Stamford and Norwalk make for easy drop-offs (discount given for walk-ins) through they do offer pick ups. I have had no fewer than 6 hand knotted wool rugs cleaned by the Stamford team and have been thrilled with the results. Pricing is transparent and given up front as well as a full suite of repair offerings. From January to March they run a 2 for 1 cleaning special which is unbeatable. Excellent service. Very helpful staff when you call with questions. My rug was smaller than the quoted price so they charged me less! Doesn't get better than that!! I have been using Triple S for over 10 years. We have now used them for area rug cleaning, drapery cleaning, window tint installation, in home carpet cleaning, and outdoor furniture cushion cleaning. With all the businesses I interact with, Triple S is by far at the very top spot. Their customer service is impeccable. They will answer any question by phone, they help carry to your car, they stand by their pricing and have charged me less than quoted if my item is smaller or in the next tier down and they always stand by their work. When we had our tint installed, we had a question about it. They immediately came out to inspect their own work. They charge nominal fees to come pick up or install items in your home or you get a discount if you bring it to the plant yourself (I have done both) They are excellent and I would not hesitate to use them for other services in the future.

Today, sadly I learned that my once favorite rug was not going to recover with just a cleaning. Very professional evaluation was done and alternatives I had not thought of we're suggested such as framing some small pieces of the rug or covering something with the rug. I was so delighted with the honest evaluation. They could have taken my money, but we're so kindly honest enough to suggest another choice. I will always take my business here!!!!!!!!
