Roger and his team at PuroClean handled our water-damage mitigation. While scheduling and communication with the front office hasn’t always been the smoothest, this review is specifically for Roger and his crew. They were on-time, courteous, and very neat — carefully packing our items, covering furniture, and leaving the floors clean. They made a stressful process more tolerable with their care and professionalism. Roger and his team deserve a five-star review!

Puro Clean was hired by my insurance company to clean my apartment due to water damage. They did an excellent job. They all worked together and explained to me all the time what they were going to do next. If I could give them 10 stars I would give them an excellent job.

PuroClean was amazing to work with from start to finish. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a burst pipe before they could begin their work. They subbed this out to an emergency plumber who was on-site in less than 1 hour to quickly fix the pipe and restore our water. PuroClean came in shortly thereafter (on Superbowl Sunday) to remove the damaged materials and begin drying out the space with dehumifidiers and fans. Communication was excellent throughout, highly recommend. ServPro still hasn't returned our call a full weekly later!

On the Sunday following Thanksgiving, I experienced an overflow that necessitated the assistance of a plumber. The plumber recommended their mitigation service, and I recalled a friend’s positive experience with Drasko from PuroClean. On that day off, Drasko visited my residence to assist with the water damage. He provided valuable insights and expertise that I was unaware of.
