This was my first time using the services from All Dry Services. Cody and Jovanny were outstanding in the level of service they provided. They kept me informed of all the details of the job and were courteous and professional. They are a great asset to the company. Highly recommend it.
Our hot water heater broke on Thanksgiving at 1 am and flooded our basement. Obviously, we couldn't get anyone out on the day, but I called first thing Friday morning. Cameron at All Dry was easy to talk to and they were able to send Cody and Jovanny out within the hour. Both men were personable, knowledgeable and got the industrial fans and dehumidifiers up and running in no time. They came back Monday morning, and were also on-site for the adjuster when he came on Tuesday. As inconvenient as this has been, Cody, Jovanny and Cameron have made this as painless as possible.
100% recommend All Dry services of CT. If I can mention one thing about the team is how much I appreciate their level of communication and responsiveness. No one wants to have to make the call for services, but understanding the process along the way, makes All Dry of CT my first and only option. I cannot thank them enough for providing the reassurance I needed along the way.
All Dry had done a great job cleaning up my basement that had been flooded from the rains we have been getting. Their manager Cameron is extremely knowledgeable in this field of work and offered some really helpful tips to avoid this situation in the future.
